• Divorce and separation

• Cohabitation agreements
• Property disputes between co-owners
• Applications concerning children
• Domestic violence Injunctions
• Mediation referral

There is some residual legal aid work but the strategy is to focus on privately funded work given the constraints imposed by the LSC.
