You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload including rent reviews, lease renewals (contested and uncontested), rent arrears, dilapidations, adverse possession claims, restrictive covenant and easement disputes, eviction of squatters, possession actions, lease interpretation and all other property litigation work. This is no back room role though and a clear emphasis is placed on client contact for assistants of all levels? it is very much a team environment although you will of course be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload.
