It is renowned for the successful implementation of PFI/PPP and other projects and their ongoing operation. The caseload is interesting, typical cases including:

• Acting for the main contractor on NHS hospital and medical school schemes
• Advising on joint venture arrangements for major scientific facilities
• Acting on disputes arising from a major overseas power generation plant

The atmosphere is supportive and collegiate. There is a fantastic existing client base so a following is not a prerequisite.
