The flow of work demands the appointment of a further mid level assistant who will have broad experience in all private client work including the preparation of complex wills, administration of estates and EPAs /LPAs and court of Protection work. Specific experience in Trust administration would be an advantage as would membership of STEP but these are not perquisites for consideration.
