The client base ranges from old to new money, from landed estate clients to entrepreneurs. In terms of technical expertise you will have a thorough knowledge of English trust law; English inheritance tax ; capital gains tax law; will drafting; cross jurisdictional issues and English probate law. Expertise in off shore matters would be advantageous. As a senior role you will be responsible for supervising more junior members of the team. A client following is a pre requisite for this position as would be expected for someone of your level of seniority but you will also benefit from the healthy budget put aside for business development initiatives.
