This highly reputed regional practice boasts an outstanding private client department. It has a well established client base built up over years of referrals from satisfied clients. An opportunity has arisen for a senior private client lawyer to manage a small team of bright able lawyers. The successful candidate will also work closely with the firm's marketing department to build on the departments success by building new business. The successful candidate will have broad experience in all private client work including the preparation of complex wills, administration of estates and EPAs /LPAs and court of Protection work. Specific experience in Trust administration would be an advantage as would membership of STEP but these are not perquisites for consideration.
