A rare opportunity has arisen for a professional planner to complement this leading regional practice's existing legal services. Your role will including the carrying out of planning appraisals, local plan monitoring and negotiating consents, as well as giving evidence at inquiries and hearings. You will have a working knowledge of general planning law, be familiar with EIA regulations, minerals and waste, ecology and historic buildings.
The successful candidate will be MRTPI or equivalent and have a minimum of three years experience gained in the public or private sector.
