As the next stage of the firm's strategic recruitment plan it is looking to appoint a senior planning lawyer to develop a planning practice alongside the firm's already highly rated Commercial Property and construction teams. It is a challenging role which will entail: • Providing strategic planning advice. • Keeping team/clients updated on legal developments. • Negotiating and amending Section 106 and other Planning Agreements. • Advising on planning applications, refusals and appeals. • Advising on Environmental law. • Providing guidance on Local Authority social housing requirements. • Advising on Enforcement Notices and Appeals.
