This regional practice has gone from strength to strength. It boasts an outstanding litigation practice and the flow of work demands the appointment of a further mid level assistant in its Recoveries and Finance Team. In terms of technical expertise the successful candidate will be expected to: - Work on particularly complex cases that e.g. require drafting difficult statement of cases or settlement agreements - Deal with summary judgment applications - Work on defended order for sale applications - Work on disputed claims for a variety of corporate clients Excellent ongoing training will be provided in both law and procedure, e.g. in relation to Solicitors Act 1974 and enforceability of bills. Aside from your technical expertise you will have excellent client management skills as the role is very much client facing and you will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives such as producing articles and attending conferences.
