The role is very much client facing and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of insolvency, commercial dispute resolution as well as commercial practice. An understanding of business finance and accounting would be advantageous. You will have been a lead adviser in insolvency proceedings and claw back claims including advice on recovery of assets or money due to a company, allegations of breach of director's duties, claims arising from preferences and transactions at an undervalue as well as wrongful trading. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload as well as assisting the team on larger matters. There has never been a better time to make your mark.
