A superb opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join the pre-eminent family practice in Wiltshire. Previous experience in your training contract of family law is preferable but not essential as you will be given excellent support and on going training.

Inherent soft skills, i.e. the ability to be empathetic with clients who are going through emotional turmoil and adopt a strong stance which is at the same time conciliatory in its approach, are more important.

The successful candidate will however be academically strong and have trained at a London firm or leading regional practice.

The practice has gone from strength to strength over recent years and boasts ex City partners who are adept at attracting new work. They have a significant marketing budget to build on their existing success.

Work undertaken is purely privately funded and as such the firm is in a position is offer the successful candidate a very attractive remuneration package. In terms of caseload, you will deal with the whole range of family matters. Namely, divorce, ancillary relief, injunction proceedings, private children act matters, cohabitation agreements.
