They are members of Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Relate Quality Partnership.

The successful candidate will have inherent soft skills, i.e. the ability to be empathetic with clients who are going through emotional turmoil and adopt a strong stance which is at the same time conciliatory in its approach.

Work undertaken is purely privately funded and as such the firm is in a position is offer the successful candidate a very attractive remuneration package. In terms of caseload, you will deal with the whole range of family matters. Namely, divorce, ancillary relief, injunction proceedings, private children act matters, cohabitation agreements.
