The flow of work in the Corporate Commercial department of this City practice demands the appointment of a further assistant. You will work in a team of 3 partners and four other fee earners.

The department currently deals with a broad spectrum of corporate commercial work. You will undertake an unusually varied caseload including:

• Acquisition / Disposal of companies; • Incorporation of business vehicles; • General commercial agreements; • Bank re-financing; • Financial Services Regulatory matters; • Intellectual Property; • Taxation;
