The flow of work in the corporate department of this leading regional practice demands the appointment of a further assistant. You will undertake a challenging and varied caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, management and leveraged buy-ins and buy-outs. There will also be an element of commercial agreements, corporate finance, insolvency and receivership corporate practice. The role is very much client facing and you will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives, e.g. pitching to clients. You will be given just the right level of responsibility commensurate with your level of experience but also benefit from the support and advise of other members of the team which include noted experts in this field.
