The appointment is part of the continued development of the firms highly reputed Corporate/Commercial Department.

The role involves handling primarily corporate transactions, in a busy department with a good flow of deals and being a "trusted adviser" to a wide range of SME owners. Clients range from UK operations of multinational groups to early stage entrepreneurial companies. There is a strong ethos of knowledge sharing in the Department and a great team spirit.

The successful candidate will relish the challenges of delivering a high quality service, as well as being involved in the marketing, development and management of the department. A following is not required and a clear track to the firm's highly profitable partnership is on offer.
