You will work on a range of transactions to include general mergers and acquisitions; advising banks on acquisition and structured finance as well as secured lending transactions; property acquisitions and corporate deals

Client base ranges from companies, banks and other financial institutions to private individuals

You will be encouraged to manage smaller transactions with supervision - to include drafting and negotiating transactional documentation; providing support and liaising with other teams to co-ordinate transactions. You will also draft documentation to include shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements and share and asset purchase agreements. Furthermore, you will analyse and advise on the issues involved in transactions such as MBOs, restructuring, share and asset sales and purchases

This is no back room role - you will be encouraged to play an active role in business development and the position is very much client facing.
