The successful candidate will be expected to: - Provide non-contentious construction advice and support to both external and internal clients - Negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts - Draft bespoke agreements for real estate development projects - Advise in relation to warranties and bonds - Provide construction advice and support to property finance transactions Many of the lawyers in the team have direct industry experience and this is reflected in the approach taken to ensure that clients' commercial interests come first.
