The flow of work at this highly reputed Legal 500 practice demands the appointment of a further junior assistant. The department's client base ranges from small businesses to large multi-national corporations. Many of their clients are based outside the UK or have interests in Europe or further afield, and they have considerable expertise in advising on matters with an international (and particularly EC) aspect.

You will benefit from excellent support and ongoing training, working alongside leading experts in this field but also being given the opportunity to manage your own caseload.

The caseload includes:

• Advising on all types of agreements from the purchase, take-over or amalgamation of an entire business to the creation of standard terms and conditions of trading at the start of a new venture.
• Preparation for the appointment of an agent or distributor in another territory,
• Settling terms for a joint venture with a partner in this country or elsewhere
• Advising on franchisees.
