You will work closely alongside the lead partner who is involved in the full legal spectrum of property transactions. You will assist business clients, especially in London and south east England, in fulfilling their premises needs whether for offices, retail, warehousing, IT or industrial units. All aspects of leases are covered as well as the acquisition/disposal of freeholds.

In addition the caseload includes acting for investors, whether UK or international, wishing to enhance their portfolio participation in the UK commercial property market - invariably this involves close liaison with financial lending institutions.
