The flow of work demands the appointment of two further assistants to undertake a varied caseload of notably professional negligence matters. However you will also be involved in advising on: * contractual disputes, including warranty claims * shareholder disputes * partnership issues * professional negligence claims * asset recovery or preservation * intellectual property disputes

Clients range from large corporates to professional practices, individuals, and insolvency practitioners - and cover all sectors of business.

The role is very much client facing and you will also be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives.
