The department recognised a growing need to provide immigration advise to its extensive client base and accordingly set up a designated Business Immigration team. The flow of work in this department demands the appointment of a further assistant who has the ability to advise on all aspects of business immigration (excluding asylum) including work permit applications, entry clearance applications, Further Leave to Remain, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation. There will be potential exposure to immigration tribunal work and therefore experience in advising in relation to non-UK jurisdictions would be an advantage.
