A superb opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join the employment team of this leading regional firm's Bristol office. You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload of both contentious and non contentious matters. The team is highly reputed for its practical, rigorous and commercial advice to employers in both the private and public sectors. You will be expected to support clients through all aspects of employment practice, including the preparation of Contracts and Handbooks, the TUPE implications on the sale of businesses and the management of litigation in Courts and Employment Tribunals.

You will benefit from excellent ongoing support and training but this is no back room role? you will also be encouraged to take an active part in the team's business development initiatives and the role is very much client facing.
