This regional heavyweight is looking to grow their highly reputed lender practice and appoint a new head of team. The successful candidate will be experienced in acquisition and/or project and/or finance and banking law. You will also undertake general corporate banking, plus project and property finance. The flow of work and existing client base is such that a following is not a prerequisite. However you will have proven management experience and a flair for business development as our client is looking for someone to drive the banking practice forward and take it to the next level. You will have the support of 2 other partners and 5 other full time banking lawyers nationally - 1 plus 3 locally, acting for borrowers and lenders.
