The commercial finance team of this leading City practice is long established with 30 years at the forefront of an established market that continues to grow and develop. The quality of work undertaken is second to none and the flow of work demands the appointment of a further assistant in debt and asset finance. The team is currently made up of 4 Partners, 9 Assistants, 1 Consultant, 1 Legal Assistant and 2 Trainee Solicitors. The team act for a large number of UK, US and European financiers and main practice areas include: • Acquisition finance. • Commercial documentation. • Product development. • Structuring bespoke facilities. • Restructuring as well as pre-take on and client management services. This is very much a client facing role and you will be actively encouraged to be involved in business development initiatives.
