The role will be based within their highly acclaimed Private Client Department and you will take over an existing caseload dealing with:

• Sale of high value country estates and houses dealing with tenancy surrenders

• Acting on option and overage deals

• Acting for public authorities in the sale of their banks of farms and farmlands

• design of schemes to mitigate CGT and IHT on estate and farmland

• Planning, green energy and environmental legal advice
