You will be given the autonomy to work on smaller transaction as well as assisting the partner on larger ones. Matters include options, conditional contracts, joint ventures, promotion agreements etc. There is also some finance work. Transactions range from £1m to £30m sites so this is a really fantastic opportunity to come and cut your teeth on some really meaty deals as well as build up your confidence on some smaller transactions.
